Welcome to AppPros.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any content, information, forms, communications, and related services made available through the Site by Entraca LLC d/b/a AppPros (“AppPros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could harm the Site, impair its operation, or interfere with any other person’s use of the Site.
You may not:
- use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, server, or account associated with the Site;
- introduce malicious code, malware, bots, scripts, or harmful technology;

2. Informational Purposes Only

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, scheduling a call, or otherwise contacting AppPros through the Site does not by itself create a contract, client relationship, partnership, joint venture, or obligation for AppPros to provide services.
3. Services Governed by Separate Agreements
Any software development, consulting, implementation, design, support, maintenance, or related services offered by AppPros are governed only by a separate written proposal, statement of work, services agreement, order form, or other signed contract.
No content on the Site creates a binding offer to perform services. Any engagement with AppPros will be subject to mutually agreed commercial terms in a separate written agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, branding, designs, software, and other materials, are owned by AppPros, Entraca, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site for your internal, non-commercial business informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, or exploit any portion of the Site without prior written permission.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding displayed on the Site are the property of AppPros, Entraca, or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use them without prior written consent.
5. User Submissions
If you submit information through the Site, including project details, contact information, budget information, or other business inquiries, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
You agree not to submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the Site unless specifically requested by AppPros and protected under an appropriate agreement.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may include links to third-party websites, platforms, or tools for convenience only. AppPros is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to the AppPros Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information collected through the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPPROS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
APPPROS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPPROS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPPROS’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AppPros, Entraca, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Site at any time without notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
